Start learning right away

Epivo is learner-first. When you open the app for the first time you can tap Start learning and go straight into a conversation with your tutor — no sign-up and no forms.

Progress is saved to a learner profile on Epivo's servers, tied to this device. Signing in claims that profile, so it also syncs to other devices and shows up on the parent dashboard.

One exception to "no waiting": if the learner's age is below the level at which a guardian's consent is required where they live, Epivo pauses and asks a parent or guardian to approve — by email link or by scanning a QR code — before lessons continue.

Signing in with Google

Google is the fastest way to claim your progress:

  1. Open the Epivo app
  2. Tap Restore your progress, or open the menu and tap Sign in or sign up
  3. Tap Continue with Google and choose your account
  4. You are in — no password to remember

Your name and email come from your Google account automatically, and progress from anonymous sessions is linked to it. If you would rather not use Google, Continue with email sends you a one-time code instead; on app.epivo.ai you get a sign-in link by email.

Sign in with email

If you prefer not to use Google, you can sign in with your email address. Epivo uses a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your inbox — no password to create or remember. Just enter your email, check for the code, and you are signed in.

What happens next?

After signing in for the first time, Epivo creates your account and links your learner profile. You can start a lesson immediately.

If you are a parent setting up Epivo for your child, you can create additional student profiles from the admin dashboard at app.epivo.ai. Each profile tracks its own progress and learning plan independently.
