The progress view — what the numbers mean

For each course, the progress view shows how many topics have been demonstrated out of the total — for example, "12 of 30 topics demonstrated." A progress bar gives you a visual sense of how far along you are.

Do not worry if progress feels slow at first. It accelerates as more topics move from developing to demonstrated.

Tap on a course to see the individual topics it covers. Each topic shows a mastery indicator so you can see at a glance which areas are strong and which are still in progress.

This is helpful when you want to understand exactly where you stand before a study session.

What you see per topic depends on where you are looking.

In the app's course detail, each topic shows a coloured dot and a percentage for how well it is currently held, plus when it was last practised.

In the parent dashboard, each topic and course is labelled:

• Demonstrated — understanding shown, and holding up over time
• Developing — introduced, still building
• Needs attention — reviews are overdue
• Not started — not yet introduced by the tutor
