Managing your subscription

Sign in to app.epivo.ai and go to Plans & Billing in the left-hand menu. You will see:

• The current plan (Free, Mini or Max) for each learner on the account
• The next billing date, if any learner is on a paid plan
• The payment method on file

To change a plan, go to Plans & Billing in the left-hand menu, pick the learner and click Change plan. Follow the prompts to add or confirm a payment method.

An upgrade takes effect immediately, pro-rated against what you have already paid. A move to a cheaper paid plan is scheduled: the price changes at your next renewal, and the screen shows the date.

Each plan covers one learner, so you can choose a different plan for each person on the account — including yourself.

To move to a cheaper plan or stop paying altogether, use Change plan in Plans & Billing in the left-hand menu. The plan you are on now stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

All courses, progress and certificates are preserved regardless of plan changes.
