Setting up Epivo for your child

Sign in at app.epivo.ai with Google, or enter your email address and we will email you a sign-in link and a 6-digit code — use whichever is easier. There is no password to create. This creates your parent account, which you use to manage everything.

From the parent dashboard, go to Learners and click Add learner. Enter their first name and date of birth (a last name is optional). Epivo estimates a grade from the date of birth — you can change it — and uses it to pitch courses and the tutor's language. The date of birth also decides whether a guardian's consent is required where you live; if it is, you sign the consent statement in the same form.

Open the Library and add courses to your child's learning plan. You can start with one subject and add more later.

Alternatively, skip this step and let the tutor ask your child what they want to learn during their first voice session.

Install Epivo for Android from the Google Play Store. Sign in with your account, connect the learner's device with the code the dashboard shows, and hand it over. The tutor takes it from there.

A session needs an internet connection throughout. We recommend headphones for the best experience, especially in shared spaces.
