How to create a profile
- Open the parent dashboard at app.epivo.ai
- Go to Learners and click Add learner
- Enter their first name and date of birth (a last name is optional). Epivo estimates a grade from the date of birth — you can change it
- If the learner is a minor, sign the parental consent statement in the same form
The profile appears immediately, and Epivo takes you straight to connecting the learner's device — they scan the code shown there in the Epivo app. You can add courses from the Library at any time, and the tutor will also ask what they want to learn in their first session.
What each profile includes
Every student profile is fully independent:
- Courses — the subjects they are studying
- Progress — mastery levels for every knowledge component
- Teacher — their chosen tutor persona and voice
- Session history — a record of every conversation
- Learning plan — what Epivo will teach next, based on spaced repetition
- Subscription — their own plan (Free, Mini, or Max)

- Is there a limit on how many profiles I can create?
- There is no fixed limit. Each learner has their own plan (Free, Mini or Max), so you choose a plan for each person on the account individually — including yourself.
