Switching on the mobile app
- Open the menu (top corner)
- Tap Switch learner — it appears when you are signed in as the account owner and the account has more than one learner
- Confirm. Epivo signs you out, to protect each learner's profile
- Sign in again (Google or email) and pick the learner you want
On a child's own device it works the other way round: the child taps For parents, and a parent confirms with their own Google account or an email code before the learner can be switched.
Switching on the web dashboard
On the parent dashboard at app.epivo.ai, you can view any student profile by clicking their name. You see their progress, session history, and course assignments.
