Before you delete
Once the grace period ends, deletion cannot be undone. Before you start, consider whether you would rather:
- Disconnect the learner instead — this removes them from your account but keeps their learning data
- Download certificates they have earned, from the parent dashboard
- Review session history for any records you want to keep
How to delete a profile
- Open the parent dashboard at app.epivo.ai
- Go to Learners and open the learner
- Open their Settings
- Click Delete data and confirm
Deletion is then scheduled seven days out, and you can cancel it from the same screen until then.
One thing to watch: the button labelled Remove, on the Disconnect row, is a different action — it takes the learner off your account and keeps their learning data.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I recover a deleted profile?
- Yes, within seven days — cancel it from the same screen and nothing is lost. After that the learning data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Records Swedish accounting law requires us to keep — payment records, and support conversations attached to a refund — are kept for seven years.
